1. The casting of the machine is HT200 Gray iron, which is annealed. It can make the castings of the machine (including the body, press frame, etc.) less prone to deformation and fracture.

2. The spindle of the machine is made of 45 # steel.

3. The main gears of the machine are also made of four phosphorus chromium steel, which is then quenched and tempered.

4. The guide rail lining of the machine is made of 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum, which is then nitrided. It greatly enhances its hardness and is less prone to wear and tear. It can keep the pressure of the machine in balance and not easily change.

5. The bearings of the machine are made of Wafangdian bearings.

6. The machine adopts a centralized refueling lubrication system, which can better ensure the smoothness of the oil circuit. Make the maintenance and refueling of the machine more convenient.

7. The connecting rod shaft sleeve of the machine is made of pure copper sleeve. Make the machine more precise.
