This machine is used for hot cutting and bag making of printed and non printed plastic films such as BOPP, OPP, POF, PE, etc. The whole machine is equipped with computer automatic length setting, automatic color code tracking, and automatic round hole punching. It is an ideal equipment for making sock bags, towel bags, bread bags, courier bags, clothing bags, accessory bags, and more. |

订购事项Business Terms
一,交货期:收到30%预付款后30-45天内交货；
1. Delivery Time:
Within 30-45 days after the receipt of 30% advance payment.
二,付款方式:预付定金30%开始生产设备(合同签订后 2 个工作日内乙方向甲方支付该款项)
结清尾款70%发货前付清(约定时间设备已制造完毕,且经双方初步确定验收合格)
2. Payment Terms:
30% advance payment before production (to be paid within 2 workings days after signing the contract)
70% balance before delivery from Ruitai Factory (Machine finished production & after the approval of Buyer)
三,发货标准:甲方设备的包装要符合规定,且适合长途运输,多次搬运和装卸,并有减振,防冲击的措
施.包装应按设备特点,按需要分别加上防潮,防霉,防锈,防腐蚀的保护措施,以保证货物安全运抵合同指定的地方.
3. Delivery Standard:
Ruitai’s delivery packaging should comply with regulations, suitable for long-distance transportation, multiple handling and loading/unloading, and have measures to reduce vibration and prevent impact. The packaging should be equipped with needed moisture-proof, anti-mold, anti-rust and anit-corrosion protection measures according to the characteristics of the equipment, to ensure the safe delivery of machine to the designated place.
四,安装调试:应根据买方的指示派遣安装调试人员(工资150美元/天, 但买方需及时提供正式的邀请函,以便安装调试人员及时申请签证. 在调试期间和保修期间,买方承担调试人员的往返机票,并且承担调试人员在当地的食宿交通等费用,并且要保证调试人员在当地的人身安全. 设备调试完成后, 买方出具设备合格证书, 卖方调试人员方可回中国.
4. Installation & Commission:
Ruitai will despatch engineers (Salary USD 150.00 per day) as per the Buyer's instructions, but the Buyer should provide Formal Invitation Letter for the Seller's engineer to apply for visa. For expenses occurring during the installation period and warranty period, the Seller should cover the round air tickets, and all the charges (such as food, hotels and transportation) during their stay, also need to make sure their safety. After completion, the Buyer will give the test report for equipment, and then engineers can be back to China.
